ORDER Manufacture:

Please allow 4-6 weeks to manufacture your order. Expect an email within 4-6 weeks to let you know your order is on the way. If the item is marked as 'in stock ready to ship' please refer to the product page for lead times.

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow 3 business days to process your order.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 4-6 weeks using UPS 25Kg parcel. Flat rate shipping fee apply to orders shipping worldwide.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

All domestic shipping is free of charge.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Roc H Biel Ltd. now ships all of its pieces with taxes pre-paid. You may still be subject to additional state taxes or customs fees that Roc H Biel is not responsible for.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at contact@rochbiel.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
